We are searching for the best talent for a Professional Marketing Senior Analyst to be in São Paulo (SP) - Brazil. 

 Purpose:

The position of Professional Marketing Senior Analyst MKT in Johnson & Johnson Vision will report to the Professional Marketing Manager of Brazil and will lead the execution of the Professional Marketing initiatives for the ECPs (Ophthalmologist, assistants, medical societies and other stakeholders of Ophtha channel) , to contribute to achieving the proposed objectives according to the policies and guidelines of the business.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the Implementation of professional marketing plans through strategies that promote contact lenses category the growth and consolidate ACUVUE® brand in the short, medium and long term, innovating with disruptive initiatives.


* Execution of product strategies on Ophtha (Professional) channel, definition of the message, adaptation of the promotional material (if needed), sazonal commercial offers and Dx availability   


* Analysis of KPIs metrics of focus projects in place


* Carrying analysis of the key client’s performance and product performance in Professional Channel.


* Permanent contact with the commercial area, periodically visiting customers together with sales representatives, making monthly project status presentations.


* Lead periodical meetings with PED to ensure governance of strategic matters.


* Management of the professional marketing budget and identification of cost efficiencies.

Control and adjustment of expenses according to the assigned budget.


* Lead of  NPI strategic plan for Ophthalmologists channel in partner with Product Management and PED team and guarantee flawless implementation

Qualifications:


* University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a health-related field.


* Relevant experience in big Pharma/Health companies
