You’ll be supporting our amazing customers while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.    

What you’ll do  


* Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans 


* Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services 


* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments 


* Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews 


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

The practical bits  


* This role is to cover shifts within our 24hr supported housing services.

We will need you to have availability to cover shifts week-days and weekends at short notice - this will include working days, evenings and completing sleep-in shift cover - therefore we need candidates that have flexibility to be able to cover a variety of different shifts.


* Our services are 24hrs - staff work between 07:00-23:00 and we complete a sleep in shift cover between the hours of 23:00-07:00, we have a variety of shifts during these times to cover the needs of the customers - you may be needed to work within the day, or of an eve...
