North Pointe Care Center is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outstanding therapy team.

We provide high-quality care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


* Assist residents in restoring and maintaining functional independence in daily living activities.


* Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress.


* Work collaboratively with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure effective, resident-centered care.


* Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies.

Qualifications


* Active California COTA license (required)


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting (preferred)


* Strong communication and documentation skills


* Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to resident success
