Job Description:

Responsibilities:


* Conduct research and analysis to determine compliance requirements


* Conduct research and implementation for innovative programs


* Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management


* Assist in compliance programs


* Collaborate within function to ensure adherence to compliance procedures


* Take part in training sessions to improve understanding of compliance regulations and effective approaches.

Requirements:



* Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance, or Healthcare)


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Exceptional attention to detail


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively


* Ambitious and highly motivated individuals


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
