Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to join our leadership team.

What You'll Do


* Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts


* Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with state and federal regulations


* Oversee admissions, discharges, and ongoing clinical assessments


* Assist with staffing, problem-solving, and coordinating care plans


* Act as a resource for CNAs, LVNs, and other team members


* Respond to emergencies and ensure proper documentation and communication

What We're Looking For


* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Previous leadership or charge nurse experience in a SNF or post-acute setting


* Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills


* Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate clinical teams


* Reliable, organized, and committed to exceptional resident care
