* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility


* Provide emotional support and companionship


* Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and safety


* Communicate changes in condition to licensed staff


* Accurately document care provided

* Active California CNA certification

* Strong communication and time management skills
