We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Manager - Electrophysiology based in Seoul.

Position summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the Electrophysiology(EP) business in the Cardiovascular market.

This leader will guide a high-performing marketing team, develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cardiovascular market, particularly EP, with proven experience in launching new products, driving market penetration, and engaging Key Opinion Leaders.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:


* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Electrophysiology portfolios, aligning with overall business goals.


* Drive the adoption of new technologies such as Pulse Field Ablation (PFA), CARTO 3D system, and Ultra-sound products ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.


* Set clear objectives for the marketing team, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and product differentiation.

Team Leadership and Development:


* Lead and manage a marketing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.


* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.


* Oversee the marketing team’s activities, ensuring alignment with global and regional business strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:


* Lead seamless new product launches and drive adoption among healthcare providers.


* Collaborate with sales, clinical, and product management teams to ensure the marketing plan supports sales objectives.


* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
