We are searching for the best talent for Portfolio Marketing Lead_Oncology

You will be responsible for:


* Role accountability: Accountable to the BUD for the development and delivery of the TA business and brand strategy, including driving brand performance.

Provides strategy development and oversight of execution within partner functions to achieve relevant patient outcomes, commercial, sales, and growth targets within the allocated businesses.



* Leadership and team development: Inspire, lead, and develop highly motivated, high-performing marketing teams (although no People Management responsibility) to embrace innovation, customer obsession, competitiveness, high quality, and compliance.

Drive capabilities in the team to strengthen and optimize the customer/patient experience across channels.

Coach the marketing teams to deliver compelling value propositions, segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Ensure compliant, ethical, and patient-first marketing practices in all activities.
