Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum)

You’ll provide vital support to our customers overnight, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

What you’ll do


* Support customers (65+) with daily living tasks, promoting independence and personal goals.


* Provide tailored support with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, and medication.


* Help with shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation where possible.


* Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work.


* Complete risk assessments, support plans, goal setting, and reviews.

Enjoy time for conversations and teamwork—no rushing from customer to customer.

You have


* Level 2 Health & Social Care Certificate (or willingness to work towards it)


* Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives, with a flexible, person-centred approach


* Experience in care (paid or unpaid) or supporting others such as family members


* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and remain resilient


* Confidence using technology for support plans, training, and team communication

The practical bits


* Flexibility to work 7pm–7:30am on a four-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays


* You’ll also need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
