The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels.

These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites.

In addition to over 1,600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool facilities.

A little taste of your day-to-day


* Deliver a warm and genuine welcome to ensure every guest’s experience begins memorably.


* · Recognize and acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, both in person and over the phone.


* · Provide consistently professional, courteous, and engaging service at all times.


* · Offer Arabic coffee in the lobby as a traditional gesture of hospitality.


* · Support the Rooms Coordinator by preparing welcome cards and amenities.


* · Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSI) and contribute to achieving targets through regular follow-ups and reviews.


* · Share clear and helpful information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.


* · Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging guests in warm and meaningful conversation.


* · Conduct courtesy calls to ensure guest satisfaction, address immediate needs, and enhance their overall stay experience.


* · Ensure smooth arrivals and departures, verifying identification, issuing room keys, and overseeing safety deposit box access.


* · Anticipate guest needs by recording preferences, managing messages, and responding promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
