As Associate Director Physician Programs you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive market growth and establish strong relationships with industry leaders.

You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities, implement market development initiatives, and manage relationships with existing key opinion leaders as well as establish new KOLs to influence and drive market trends.

You will work in close alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement programs that support Abiomed's mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of Impella therapies.

You will be responsible for:


* Develop and implement a market development strategy to drive therapy growth and adoption 


* Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand the company's presence and reach.
