The Learning Excellence Manager, is a key member of the Learning Excellence Neuroscience, Mood Team and will coordinate our learning and development efforts for the Mood sales team.

The LE Manager will design, develop, and implement learning assets and deliverables that align to Sales and Marketing objectives for the growth of SPRAVATO®.  They will support POA meetings, new hire experiences, and product/indication launches.

This includes updating, maintaining, and delivering new hire curricula, as well as addressing the ongoing learning and development needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction.  This role will conduct ongoing environmental scan of potential learning gaps throughout the field and develop strategies on how to address them.
