Senior Marketing Strategy Associate

The Senior Marketing Strategy Associate within the Customer Marketing team will support the plan and roadmap of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, deepen and foster portfolio growth across Buy Now Pay Later credit card features.

This role will focus on establishing strategies for innovative payment solutions like Chase Pay Over Time At Checkout and After Purchase for both consumer and business cards.

This position sits within Card Services in Chase's Marketing Growth & Innovation organization and will report into the Marketing Strategy Manager for Lending & Small Business Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:


* Lead marketing strategy for BNPL installments for credit card customers, inclusive of targeting, contact, messaging and channel strategies to acquire new users and drive repeat usage.


* Translate strategies across all marketing channels, including planning, development, and execution of trigger-based, customer centric journeys across email, direct mail, and digital channel.


* Oversee marketing mobile app nudge strategy to drive customer engagement and business growth, while establishing and implementing best practices ensuring consistency and effectiveness across campaigns


* Develop audience strategies, identifying real-time data attributes and implementing cloud based marketing campaigns, overseeing project execution from initiation to completion


* Responsible for prioritization of marketing test and learn roadmap, socialization of test plans, measurement frameworks and performance/results to key stakeholders including GMs, Finance and sr leadership


* Develop and manage 2-3 year target state planning, setting strategic objectives and milestones


* Prepare compelling presentations and business updates for key stakeholders, showcasing progress and strategic direction


* Develop and implement test plans, tracking performance across key work streams to drive continuous improvement


* Partner with business analytics, and creative teams to synthesize insights and identify optimization opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 2+ Years experience developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies


* 2+ Years experience optimizing and executing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion


* 2+ Years experience proactively managing timelines and project deliverables, ensuring timely execution


* 2+ Years experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, aligning decisions and priorities to drive impactful business outcomes


* Comfortable leveraging data and insights to shape test plans


* Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
