Enterprise Strategist II

About the Role
We are looking to hire an Enterprise Strategist II in support of our Strategy & Transformation team.

This small but influential team is critical to managing diagnosis, design, and delivery across our most critical enterprise efforts.

This team owns our multi-year strategy, works cross functionally with all business and support units, leads all enterprise discovery sessions, and serves in a hybrid capacity that sits at the intersection of change management, process improvement, strategic planning, and implementation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities  


* Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

+ Provide support, partnership, and consultation to the Senior Strategist.

Engage the business on the conception, building, establishment, and management of multiple delivery engines.

Assist in the planning of enterprise transformation efforts, leading them in the absence of the Senior Strategist.
+ Partner with stakeholders across the organization to manage governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track program performance and benefits realization.

Identify risks, assess them for frequency and severity, conduct trade-off analysis, and make recommendations.
+ Lead cost modeling, business case refinement process analysis, and process enhancement, where applicable.

Consult with senior stakeholders on the understanding and consideration of these assessments and build them into the business case as needed.
+ At the direction of the Senior Strategist, take ownership of various third-party, cloud based, business support platforms and drive their implementation.

This will include hands on work ranging from working with project managers and process engineers to developing KPI’s and appropriate monitoring and reporting capabilities.
+ In conjunction with cross functional Change Management partners, evangelize, drive, and support change management practices, continuous improvement mindsets, and agile thinking.

Skills and Qualifications  


* 7+ years of experience across strategy & planning, preferably in a fast paced, transformation driven, environment.


* 7+ years in change management, system implementation, process improvement, and systemic process automation.


* 5+ years of driving enterprise level transformation across technology and business processes, ideally in an autonomous, fast paced, high expectation environment.


* 3+ years’ experience in consumer finance, credit cards, financial technology, and/or banking.


* 3+ years’ experience in digital platform delivery, management, and performance monitoring.
