You'll collaborate across departments, lead initiatives, and ensure our commercial call center runs like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting for Commercial KPIs and P&L
• Manage fleet vehicle acquisition, expiration, and maintenance
• Deliver reporting and analysis for Sales, Merchandising, Sales Force, and Fleet operations
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and commercial innovation
• Oversee operations of the Commercial Call Center
• Interface with UI tools and dashboards to drive actionable insights

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field
• 10 + years of experience in a multi-unit management role
• Deep understanding of store systems and operational processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to think creatively and embrace new technologies
• Previous retail experience

You'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have
• Automotive aftermarket retail experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• A passion for optimizing fleet performance and commercial operations
• Familiarity with UI tools and data visualization platforms
