In this role you will be responsible for:


* Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the analytics domain, defining success and tracking progress through KPIs.


* Provide cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and support through clear communication of the product roadmap.


* Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to develop and evolve product requirements, acceptance criteria, and solutions.


* Represent the voice of the user, ensuring alignment between Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) objectives and user needs, pain points, and priorities.


* Define and document user personas, use cases, and success stories to guide product development and user experience.


* Lead stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle, including intake, requirements gathering, UAT, and adoption.


* Act as the KCNA representative to Global Product Teams, advocating for local needs in tools with overlapping use cases.


* Drive product adoption and lifecycle planning through feedback loops, training, communication channels, and transition strategies.
