We are searching for the best talent for a Packaging Lab Technician in Cincinnati, OH.

Packaging Lab Technicians coordinate daily operations in our Packaging Lab, supporting both routine and specialized testing of packaging materials and sterile barrier systems.

You’ll work closely with Packaging Engineers and collaborate with teams across Product Development, Production, Distribution, Facilities, and Quality.

You’ll also work with external partners such as test laboratories and shipping companies to ensure our packaging meets the highest standards.

You will lead test requests based on business priorities and help prioritize the lab’s workflow.

Your role includes performing package qualification tests (such as integrity, seal strength, and shelf life studies), and detailing their results.

You’ll contribute to developing and updating work instructions, validating equipment and test methods, and maintaining calibration schedules.

Participation in global packaging initiatives and supporting product/package complaint investigations are also part of your responsibilities.
