As a Senior Product Associate in Asset & Wealth Management - Digital Distribution, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities


* Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery


* Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience


* Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers


* Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle


* Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development


* Identify opportunities to infuse AI/ML capabilities into marketing processes - e.g., content generation, targeting, optimization, and measurement.


* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to co-create user journeys that reduce manual effort and increase marketing impact.


* Develop intelligent segmentation and audience modeling strategies.


* Forecast campaign performance using predictive analytics.


* Implement generative AI solutions for content personalization.


* Act as a liaison between marketers, technologists, and data scientists to ensure feasibility, value delivery, and iterative improvements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle


* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition


* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy


* Experience in product management in MarTech, AdTech, or enterprise SaaS


* Deep understanding of marketing operations and campaign management tools
