As a Project Manager within the Payments Operations Strategy, Innovation and Governance team, you will spearhead strategic programs and initiatives from their inception through to execution.

You will play a pivotal role in influencing various departments by ensuring that operations are in harmony with our overarching business strategy and vision.

Drawing on your extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices, you will utilize your expertise in data analytics, digital proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to promote successful outcomes.

Job responsibilities



* Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and objectives.

Monitor progress and performance against strategic goals, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.


* Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned and milestones are met, while regularly communicating progress to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 4+ years of experience managing or leading complex projects or programs from inception to execution.


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.


* Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a project management context.
