Sales Director, Strategic Sales Team - Verity Solutions - Remote
Job Summary:
Responsible for executing market penetration plans for up to 60 named strategic accounts.
Grow sales and build relationships with key national IDN's and large DSH facilities (>200-beds).
Responsible for regularly meeting sales quotas to ensure corporate revenue growth.
Effectively communicate sales value proposition for Verity Solutions' product offerings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Grow the Verity IDN and large customer base and drive product sales to meet Company revenue objectives.
* Manage and engage with key strategic partnerships, as directed by SVP and VP.
* Work with inside sales to prospect and engage with new leads through targeted email campaigns.
* Proactively research and engage with appropriate professional contacts to cultivate new customer relationships.
* Leverage Verity's CRM application Salesforce to utilize its tools and resources and adhere to the defined steps in in the Verity Sales process.
* Assist marketing and sales leadership in webinars and other prospecting events.
* Serve as a key evangelist of Verity Solutions in all professional environments, both in person and via phone.
* Lead the Verity's response team for RFP's that result from your target named accounts.
* Engage with Sales Leadership and other key team members to plan and execute strategies in growing the customer base.
* Represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences.
* Support and promote the Verity Solutions values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* BA or BS or equivalent experience.
* Must have 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
* 340B knowledge and experience strongly preferred.
* Strong presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging.
* Experience and comfort level in communicating with VP Level and C-Level contacts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Strong MS Office Experience.
* Strong experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
* Ability to compile, analyze and report on commons sales metrics.
* Detail oriented and organized.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
* Demonstrable strategic business decision-making experience.
* Experience working in a goal oriented, delivery focused, and dynamic environment.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
