Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Associate Director, CPP Business Operations to join our team in one of these locations: Beerse, Belgium, Spring House, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ.

The role is in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days HO).

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of business operations processes in collaboration with a range of stakeholders from Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (CPP) and Global Development (GD) and J&J (e.g.

Finance, Capacity Management and Procurement).

The position will provide timely support, insights, and analysis in a range of disciplines including, but not limited to, Resourcing, Financial, Metrics, Communications, Compliance and Initiatives in order to increase rigor, strategic planning and decision making within CPP.
