Your Impact

As a Proposal Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our proposal development lifecycle for EAE -ensuring every bid is timely, compliant, and strategically aligned.

You'll work closely with global and regional teams to monitor progress, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across our proposal processes.

You'll be the go-to expert for:


* Proposal lifecycle management - tracking submissions, ensuring quality and compliance.


* KPI reporting - identifying trends and driving performance improvements.


* Stakeholder coordination - aligning global teams, sales, engineering, and pricing.


* Governance and compliance - maintaining audit-ready documentation and workflows.


* Strategic support - preparing proposals & quotes for high-priority opportunities and supporting pricing strategy.

About You

You're a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for precision and process.

You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do.

You'll also bring:


* A degree in Industrial Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.


* 5+ years' experience in sales support, proposal coordination, or customer service.


* Familiarity with industrial automation systems (ICS, PLC/SCADA, DCS, edge computing).


* Experience with CRM and proposal tools (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint).


* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.


* A continuous improvement mindset and a knack for turning feedback into action.
