HMI QMS Manager, Process&Tools Manager in Japan

HMI QMS manager in JapanPart of the quality team, you will have several roles:

- Lead several internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 80079-34 (ATEX).

- Collaborate, align, and synchronize with LoB QM representative.

- Make sure that the LoB QMS is well deployed locally processes.

- Follow up and maintain the QMS documented information & audits within the official tool Omnex.

- Animate the LoB QMS locally.

- Responsible for delivering awareness training related to the different ISO certification.

- Be the single point of contact for others ISO certificates (ie: ISO 45001, ISO 50001...)

HMI Quality Process and Tools manager in Japan

• DF Quality and Validation process adaptation with training for HMI

• Introduce IA or DF quality activity with training for HMI e.g.

DfSR

Improvement HMI Quality management tasks with tools for HMI

Qualifications

Education:

o Technical study in electronics (e.g.

Bachelor degree), or similar education

Professional experience:

o Minimum 5 -10 years of professional experience in the field of
Project management / Quality Management system /
Quality / Customer Support

Expertise:

o ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 80079-34 (ATEX)

o Quality methods (8D, 5 Why, Pareto, Isochronous, FMEA, risk analysis, ...)

o OCP (PMP & Agile) and Quality Processes

o Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

o Project Management knowledge

o Statistics / Six Sigma

Language skills:

o Good level of Business English

o More languages (Japanese, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, ...) appreciated
