Account/Relationship Management - Account Manager

Our clients include many of the nation's leading property and casualty insurers.
Our Commercial Lines Sales Team is seeking a proactive and operations-minded Account Manager to partner with our account executives to continue our successful track record of sales and revenue growth through sales support, new business development, and account-based marketing.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and enjoy working in an environment and as part of a sales team that is quick-paced, growing and constantly seeking change and process improvement that drive results.

Requirements:
* 5 or more years' experience and successful track record in a consultative, team-based sales and/or service environment, exceeding external and internal customer expectations.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
* Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task to meet established deadlines and standard response times with clients.
* Ability to effectively analyze and solve complex problems by balancing detailed questions with creative solutions.
* Ability to handle multiple complex tasks or projects, prioritize and organize and take lead as necessary
* Exceptional communication skills - verbal, writing and listening - and the ability to communicate simple and complex ideas
* Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
* Solid understanding of the P&C industry a plus - Commercial lines underwriting, product development, or marketing experience an even bigger plus
* Business Case development a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
* Ability to travel as needed in the US (
Responsibilities:
* Handling of contract and related form requests on behalf of the team as required.
This will typically include licensing for relationships between an insurer and their producers (MGA's, brokers, etc.), test agreements, trial licenses, NDA's, Master Services Agreements and others
