The Role: Tendering Specialist

Support Senior Tender Manager in preparing tender deliverables.

Co-ordinate with Factories for offers/ revisions.

Organize and run regular meetings with key stakeholders & assign tasks and track progress.
What will you do?

Reviews customer specifications/drawings and assist in preparing Bid response.

Support in preparing internal reports and discussion material & presentations for business review/ customer meeting.

May under delegation of Tender Manager takes over complete bidding ownership.

Understand, analyze, document and compare contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard terms and achieve internal alignment with Subject Matter Experts.

Initiate tender approval workflow in the system and obtain approvals as per correct DoA.

Submit offer duly completed as per client requirement in a timely manner with no rejection for administrative reasons.

Follow up on outstanding quotation till closure measure effectiveness.
Technical Skills and Competencies to be displayed/ acquired during Contract period:

Acquire knowledge of SE products, equipment and solutions, processes and web tools.

Understand, analyze, document and compare contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions.

Able to support on Data compilation & Analytics.
What qualifications will make you successful?

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering.

Must have: MS excel, word, PowerPoint presentation.

Good communication skills.

Language: English, Mandarin literacy would be an advantage.

Travel requirement: Very less.
