Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental Corp.is seeking a motivated individual to act as an Accounting Associate to perform collections, and other office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions


* Answering a multiline phone and providing excellent customer service.


* Handle collections 


* Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.


* Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.


* Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.


* Handle lien waivers


* Process new credit applications and update credit applications and update existing customer accounts


* Prepare bank deposits, post credit card and wire transfer payments to accounts


* Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.


* Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries


* File and maintain records.


* Transmit information or documents to colleagues or customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.


* Perform filing and general administrative tasks.


* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements


* Must have solid general office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.


* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.


* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and operate office equipment and technology.
