What you will do:

The IBP Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in (1) supporting the ongoing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process within the Supply Chain Excellence team and (2) driving improvements initiatives that elevate the performance and maturity of the IBP process.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the IBP process runs smoothly and continuously improves to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

IBP Process Support:


* Act as a key enabler for the successful execution of the IBP process, ensuring it runs efficiently and remains aligned with business priorities.


* Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making during IBP reviews and meetings.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans.

Process Improvement with Plan Transformation program:


* Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the IBP process, focusing on improving efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.


* Implement best practices for IBP, with a focus on process scalability, flexibility, and data integration.


* Work with stakeholders to transform the IBP process by introducing new methodologies, tools, or automation solutions.


* Influence without direct authority, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and adaptability.

What we are looking for :

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


* 8-10 years of experience in supporting or improving Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, or related roles.


* Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying areas for improvement and leading process transformation initiatives.
