Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our caring team in a residential group home setting for adults with developmental disabilities.

As a Direct Support Professional (Also known as Direct Support, DSP, Caregiver, DSP Overnight, CMT, Overnight Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA), you will work in a residential group home setting for adults with developmental disabilities.

A Direct Support Professional (Also known as Direct Support, DSP, Caregiver, DSP Overnight, CMT, Overnight Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA) is responsible for personal care, medication administration, behavioral support and transportation of 3-4 individuals living in a group home setting depending on the needs of the location.

What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:


* Provide personal care and support to 3-4 residents, ensuring their dignity and independence.


* Administer medications and assist with daily living activities.


* Offer behavioral support and transportation as needed.


* Qualifications:


* Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role is a plus.


* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.


* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications:


* Minimum High School Diploma/ G.E.D


* Acceptable criminal background


* Valid Driver's License with 2 yrs.
