Your Role:


* Provide individualized physical therapy treatment plans to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.


* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.


* Monitor and document patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.


* Educate residents and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing care.

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in WA


* Strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation excellence.


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
