Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis - Innovation - Program Management Analyst

Position Overview

Join our Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team within Corporate Finance, where we are responsible for the execution and delivery of the Firm's regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S.

regulators.

We have end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including design, implementation, and oversight of execution, analysis, control, and governance frameworks.

As part of the FRRA Innovation Strategy team, you'll support the development and testing of core US regulatory reporting applications, contributing to the strategic redesign of UI/UX capabilities utilized by end users.

As a Program Management Analyst within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis - Innovation Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and testing of core US regulatory reporting applications.

Your responsibilities will include defining and executing project deliverables, providing support for quarterly testing of releases, and preparing standard operating procedures.

This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, while contributing to the strategic redesign of UI/UX capabilities utilized by end users.

Job Responsibilities

- Define and execute project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation.
- Provide support for quarterly testing of releases and user support production issues
- Perform walkthroughs and documentation of existing processes with users
- Prepare standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 1+ years accounting, finance or industry experience


* Bachelor's degree


* Basic understanding of the banking business and accounting concepts


* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence


* Experience with SQL, Alteryx and/or Tableau
