North America Payments Sales - Financial Institutions Business Manager

As a North America Payments Sales - Financial Institutions Business Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will act as a trusted advisor to our Regional Sales Heads, optimizing business performance and promoting strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and oversee performance metrics, including financials, deal pipeline, and expenses.


* Assist in key business, strategic, regulatory, and governance priorities.


* Coordinate and deliver key sales initiatives and projects.


* Support region-wide initiatives and represent the Payments business in meetings.


* Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.


* Organize complex information strategically and communicate effectively with partners.


* Project manage and deliver key work streams, identifying risks and driving resolution.


* Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.


* Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.


* Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.


* Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.


* Proven experience in delivering high-quality presentations and reports.


* Ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.


* Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.


* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).


* Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently.


* Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.


* Effective under pressure, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask.


* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.


* Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.


* Experience with Alteryx for efficient data analysis and workflow automation.


* Understanding of Treasury Services, Payments, or Banking products.
