Sr Salesforce Developer

Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with strong expertise in Health Cloud to design, develop, and lead technical teams in delivering innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Health Cloud, be proficient in Salesforce development, and lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable and secure healthcare solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional software development team.

- Design and develop software applications from business requirements in collaboration with other team members.

- Support testing and remediate defects.

- May mentor entry and mid-level developers.

Project Specific Duties and Requirements:

-Lead the development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, from requirements to deployment.

-Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.

-Guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

-Develop and maintain complex Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.

-Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA).

-Optimize Health Cloud processes, including patient data management, care plans, and workflows.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Health Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of related experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Project Specific Requirements and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in Health Cloud.

-Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

-Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows.

-Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments.

-Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

-Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.

-Ability to lead and coordinate virtual teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

• Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security.
