GARDEN CTR/DEPT LEADER

* Effective communication skills


* Knowledge of basic math: counting, addition, and subtraction


* Ability to handle stressful situations


* Must be able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position


* Must be 18 or older

* Develop adequate scheduling to balance customer volume with associate needs.
