Role Summary:


* Complete laundry duties while supervising Laundry Attendants and daily tasks and operations, in support of the Housekeeping Department. 

Responsibilities: 


* Monitor and direct daily workflow of laundry operations for maximum production. 


* Work alongside Laundry Attendants (including and not limited to emptying laundry chute, sorting linen, washing, drying, and folding). 


* Operate equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, and package hotel linen. 


* Perform cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products assigned. 


* Pick up from and deliver to guest rooms/floors linen which is in need of cleaning or has been cleaned.


* Maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area.


* Participate in training and development of laundry staff.


* Assist in other areas of Housekeeping as needed (for example cleaning rooms or public areas).
