Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Events DC.

This position is also responsible for managing the onboarding process for all new hires for Events DC.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs while providing excellent customer service.

The goal of the position is to attract the area’s top talent in order to fuel company growth, support organizational staffing objectives and further the mission and vision of the company.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Workforce Development.
