HR Security Architect
Job Summary:
The HR Security Architect will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the security strategy for all HR systems within the organization.
This role will ensure that the data protection, compliance, and access control frameworks for HR technology align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
The HR Security Lead will collaborate closely with HR, SED, GDE and COE to safeguard sensitive employee data and reinforce HR systems' security posture against emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Security Strategy & Framework Development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy for HR systems, aligning with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Define end to end strategy for security controls, policies, and guidelines to protect employee data and mitigate security risks in HR technologies.
2.
Risk Management & Compliance
• Work with GDE on regular risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities in HR systems, applications, and data.
• Work with GDE on compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal data protection policies, facilitating audits and addressing findings.
4.
Data Protection & Incident Response
• Establish incident response procedures for HR systems, collaborating with IT and Security teams to address and remediate security incidents.
5.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with GDE, HR, SED, and compliance teams to align security measures with HR processes and workflows.
• Provide security training and awareness programs specific to HR users, emphasizing data protection and privacy.
6.
Security Audits & Continuous Improvement
• Work with GDE closely on regular security audits and penetration testing of HR systems to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new threats, and security technologies, continuously improving the security framework for HR systems.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years experience in HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors)
