Continuous Improvement Leader

Position Overview: The Continuous Improvement Leader will collaborate with Contract Account Leaders to identify and lead projects enhancing the specialized supply chain for VIP customers (Microsoft, Compass, Cumberland Goods, Meta, Vantage, and others).

The role involves cross-functional projects spanning front office to supply chain and across BUs, driving continuous improvement for superior execution and an exceptional VIP customer experience.

Anticipated travel is up to 20%.

Responsibilities:


* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of assigned process improvement projects within the specialized supply chain to enhance VIP customer experience.


* Utilize lean concepts and 6 sigma concepts to develop or streamline current workflows to enhance the performance of supply chain specifically for the VIP customer


* Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows specific to the VIP supply chain.

Apply learning across appropriate business units.


* Develop change management strategies to implement changes effectively with the project teams.

Facilitate change management and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.


* Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives on the specialized supply chain,


* Prepare and present key findings and project outcomes to leaders and stakeholders.


* Stay abreast of best practices related to the specialized supply chain and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Key skillsets and attributes for this role would include:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field is required.


* Experience with SIOP is required.


* Superior communication skills, meticulous organizational skills, and relentless attention to detail


* 5+ years supply chain, project execution, or program management


* Ability to work effectively with and influence commercial and supply chain leaders and contributors.


* Ability to work cross BU and cross-departments to effectively bridge gaps.


* End to End thinking with the ability to define and deploy standard processes across multiple functions.


* Proven problem-solving experience and use of DMAIC and 6 Sigma toolset.
