RESPONSIBILITIES

Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.


* Building client relationships, including an understanding of the client's business and litigation/dispute resolution needs and goals


* Being responsive to client work-related requests, delivering high quality service and work products


* Developing technical strengths in the financial services industry, through participating in training and mentorships


* Assisting with normalizing, analyzing and presenting financial data, building data analytical tools and modeling presentations


* Assisting with document organization, review and analysis.


* Assisting with drafting of industry expert reports on various securities related issues and topics


* Project management

QUALIFICATIONS


* Minimum of 3+ years of legal or consulting related work experience, preferably in financial services


* A Degree in areas of Law, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred


* Proven technical, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
