* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.


* Three years' work experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility, including Supervisory experience.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (I.T.A.R.) which requires U.S.

persons status.

* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Direct experience execution lean manufacturing/continuous improvement initiative; including Kaizen projects;


* Five years work experience in a manufacturing environment


* Strong organizational/time management skills


* Material Resource Planning


* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt;


* Experience working with lean manufacturing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED


* Ability to stand/walk for several hours each day;


* Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs on occasion;


* This is not a temperature-controlled work environment;


* May be required to wear PPE including eye and hearing protection, metatarsal safety boots

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS


* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;


* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions/guidelines.
