What You Will Do

Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a Global Supply Planner who will be responsible of network planning between manufacturing sites and the different regions.

In this end-to-end integrator role, you build the interface between manufacturing sites and regional demand teams with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations, while ensuring a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in Kenvue.

Responsibilities

• Generate supply plans with production sites to deliver stock to support global demand of API and finished goods.

Ensure on-time order placement aligned with contractual agreement.

Management of open orders, ensuring alignment with manufacturing production plans

• First point of contact to our supply points, ensure its precise operation through weekly demand and supply handover meetings and monthly operational review meetings

• Manage supply constraints to minimize the total business impact, identify and trigger implementation of long-term solutions and corrective actions to avoid a recurrence of any given supply constraint

• Lead the master data process between manufacturing sites and regions, ensure data quality is maintained

• Participate in the weekly Short Term Exception Management (STEM) calls with other regions and ensure clear and timely communication of risk and mitigation

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering

• At least 3 years of work experience in Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics in a regulated industry

• Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP APO or OMP strongly preferred

• Very good communication in English
