Overall purpose of job


* Represents the Deliver Operations teams for Inbound, Inventory & Returns, for all HMD products received in the European Distribution Center (EDC) in Courcelles and La Louvière, Belgium.


* Works in partnership with Franchises Regional PLAN organization, EDC Operations teams as well as QA/QC and other departments from the site.

He/she will work with those teams and business partners to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of Supply Chain objectives.


* Works closely with CEVA logistics the 3PL responsible for the shop floor operational execution to ensure that HMD requirements are clearly understood and reflected within the day to day operational execution.


* Works in partnership with Franchises Regional PLAN organization, EDC Operations teams as well as QA/QC and other departments from the site.

He/she will work with those teams and business partners to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of Supply Chain objectives.

Major Duties & Responsibilities


* Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Ensure flawless execution of EDC Inbound, Inventory & Returns operations.


* Ensure key operational KPI's and distribution / supply chain targets are being met.


* Identify, lead and execute opportunities to drive continuous improvement of the inbound operations ensuring metrics are in place to demonstrate operational performance and improvements.


* Plan and align with operations on capacity for inbound / inventory via S&OP forum.
