J&J MedTech Korea is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, located in Seoul.

[Key responsibilities]



* Maximize growth and long-term value creation by influencing strategic choices and prioritization; formulate and operationalize a viable mid-to-long-term strategy.


* Take an agile approach to P&L management.

Drive forecasting accuracy and improve scenario/contingency planning, dynamically allocate resources in dealing with volatility and uncertainly: Support local partnership and SC localization initiatives


* Partner with regional supply chain finance team to drive and deliver OPEX improvement and hold accountable for delivering financial targets


* Automate OCNIS (other cost not in standard), Improving the quality of analysis


* Full responsibility for Supply Chain related intercompany transactions

[Required Qualifications]


* Education - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting


* Minimum 5 years of finance or supply chain finance experience


* Strong experience and understanding of standard cost and P&L


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office application


* Power-Excel and SAP users are preferred.
