Position Highlights:


* Role: Director of Rehabilitation

* Licensure Required: PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA

Job Responsibilities:


* Leadership & Team Development: Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary therapy team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.


* Patient Care Oversight: Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to ensure patient-centered care and goal achievement.


* Program Development: Evaluate and enhance therapy programs with a focus on quality improvement, innovative practices, and patient satisfaction.


* Communication: Act as a bridge between therapy, nursing, and administrative teams to coordinate care and promote a seamless patient experience.


* Community Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with community partners, promoting Ridgeway's therapeutic services and dedication to outstanding care.
