Commercial Territory Sales Manager
Your Job
We are looking for a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to join our team!
This role is ideally based on Des Moines, IA or Kansas City.
Other locations in the Central time zone may be considered.
In this role you will be responsible for flat glass sales to our commercial fabricators driving sales through glaziers in IA, MO, ND, SD, NE, and KS.
You will be responsible for generating value for our customers and Guardian Glass through the development and implementation of the commercial segment strategies and promoting/selling Guardian's broad range of float, fabricated, and coated products
Our Team
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Architectural Design Manager.
What You Will Do
* Develop and implement commercial and residential sales strategies to drive increased revenue
* Promote and sell Guardian's float, fabricated and coated products
* Monthly and annual forecasting of customer demand to identify sales strategies and objectives
* Regular communication with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on supply, demand, and logistics
* Address customer issues as required
* Utilize CRM system
* Develop and deliver engaging sales and educational presentations
* Relationship development with commercial fabricator sales teams and glaziers
* Travel up to 50%
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Proven sales experience (cold calling and expanding current business) in the construction or building products industry
* Experience with Marginal Analysis and identifying growth opportunities
* Experience using a CRM program
What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience using Salesforce
* Glazier experience
For this role, we anticipate paying a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
This role is also eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus and a company car.
