Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Responsibilities:


* Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to residents.


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.


* Monitor and assess resident health, documenting changes and reporting to the appropriate parties.


* Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.


* Uphold the facility's commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and independence.

Qualifications:


* Valid California LVN license.


* CPR certification.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
