What you will do

As Senior Brand & Shopper Activation Manager you will be responsible for leading one of the top Kenvue Skin Health brands in Poland.

You will report to Brand & Shopper Activation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for development of brand marketing strategy for annual business planning, covering NPIs launch, budget planning, media & PR communication, consumer activations, omnichannel approach

Implementation of long-term plans and NPIs pipeline for the brand(s), with close cooperation with the Regional Brand Team

Driving consumer, shopper & customer activation agenda (offline & online) for respective brand(s)

Development of communication assets, digital support, implementation of promotions and marketing campaigns for e-commerce

Conducting and coordinating trade marketing projects, including preparation of POS materials and their implementation at point of sales, offline and online respectively,

Development and execution of price & promo strategy for respective brand(s)

Post-evaluation of activities, research studies, advertising campaigns & customer's promotion

Effective collaboration with the agencies (media house, advertising agencies - ATL, BTL, research agencies, PR agency, POS agencies)

Effective communication of planned activities & sales support tools - for internal & external stakeholders

Effective budget planning & management and setting priorities based on evaluations

Close cooperation with the departments: Professional Marketing Team, Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, Demand Planning, Co-packing in order to develop and implement brand activation projects.

What we are looking for

Marketing passion & brand love, ideally with high interest and experience in skin care or dermo cosmetics category

Strong cross-functional experience in area of brand marketing & trade marketing, with minimum 2 years of experience at similar position

Strategic thinking (short vs long term perspective, concept/ solution development, implications on total business economics)

Proven experience in NPI launches, consumer & shopper activations

Experience in working with marketing (ATL & BTL)...
