What You Will Do

The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support functions to the General Manager Turkey relating to all aspects of the business including information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.

The Assistant will resolve issues proactively through relevant processes and procedures as well as liaise with all business levels across internal and external organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in a gatekeeper role.

• General administration tasks, including HR Admin support, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on HR-related matters.

• Travel organization for the General Manager and other key team members, including guest arrangements

• Expense reports for the General Manager and key team members.

• Organize regional and global team meetings, conferences, handling follow-up and documentation post-scientific congresses, coordinating technical work follow-up with government authorities, Maintaining and updating healthcare professional systems and data, including data systems related to compliance.

• Overseeing general office management tasks, Supporting office functions, including purchase order preparation and management, Organizing regional and global team meetings, town halls, and webinars.

• Maintain accurate distribution lists

• Support in the setup of communication material (meeting minutes, business presentations,

• newsletters, announcements)

• Support Sharepoint, MS Teams, Touchpoint

• Screening telephone calls

• Purchase Order preparation and follow-up

• Conducting data research as required

• Diary management for the General Manager: prioritize and manage a complex schedule of

• commitments while ensuring the calendar is fully maintained and accurate.
