Vice President, Product Manager, New Payment Networks & Rails

As a Product Manager in the New Payment Networks & Rails team, you will leverage the trust and scale of Zelle to deliver innovative instant payment solutions.

You will work at the forefront of new payment rails, creating seamless ways for customers to fund accounts and initiate bill payments.

In this role, you will collaborate with skilled product managers on a 0 to 1 product build, focusing on full product lifecycle management.

You will drive impactful feature delivery in a highly matrixed environment, enhancing the overall banking experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop business cases to enable instant money movement across bank offerings.


* Collaborate with payment product teams to integrate new capabilities and enhance funds inflow.


* Manage UX flows and infrastructure from discovery to delivery, working with engineers and designers.


* Own the product roadmap, manage cross-impact, and drive execution across teams.


* Stay informed on industry news, competitor features, and market developments.


* Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and controls to ensure alignment on requirements.


* Maintain transparency and structure in Jira and agile controls.


* Identify risks and bottlenecks, initiating mitigation plans proactively.


* Foster a business owner's mindset, taking responsibility for all elements of product flows.


* Plan and manage releases and rollout plans.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Minimum of 7 years in financial services, digital, product management, or Agile software development, with 5+ years in a product role.


* Strong knowledge of payment networks, rails, and market dynamics.


* Self-starter with strong communication skills and an iterative mindset.


* Ability to create order from chaos and remain calm under pressure.


* Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.


* Experience in managing risk and controls.


* Highly collaborative, capable of managing large, complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Advanced degree such as an MBA.


* Strategy consulting experience in Financial Services.
