Window Display Manager

General Role:

Lead window team to define the window strategy & calendar.

Plan, execute and maintain the window display in Hermes stores in China perfectly.

Job Responsibility:

Strategy & Plan


* Remain the creative and qualitative window image


* Define the overall window strategy according to the growth of business


* Plan the annual calendar to support the annual communication calendar


* Define the local talents to enrich the collaboration with external creative resources

Seasonal Window in Hermes Store


* 4 seasons per year


* Define the local design studio and production/setup company.

Work closely with appointed company to develop the seasonal window concept


* Work closely with Merchandising team & retail team to develop the accurate product display brief to design company.


* Work closely with headquarter to validate the concept and delivery of report.


* Develop and monitor the production quality of window decoration.


* Well plan of working schedule and monitor the progress of all parties to ensure the qualified execution quality.


* Prepare the store brief memo to well manage the quality of in window VM and follow up on maintenance on time.


* Well manage the budget, the contract and payment following the company policy and procedure.

Artistic Windows in Hermes maison in Shanghai


* 4 seasons per year.


* Work closely with headquarter to define the collaborate international artist for 3 seasons.


* Search and propose local artist to Communication Director and headquarter to appoint the artist.


* Organize the window and exhibition for Chinese artist


* Work closely with appointed artist, curator and local production/setup company to develop the window & exhibition concept.


* Work closely with merchandising team & retail team to develop the accurate product display brief to artist.


* Work closely with headquarter to validate the concept and delivery of report.


* Develop and monitor the production quality of window decoration.


* Well plan of working schedule and monitor the progress of all parties to ensure the qualified execution quality.


* Lead and collaborate with other communication functional team to organize window unveiling event.

Communicate with artist to develop the window release text, invitation, exhibition leaflet and other communication tools to support the event.


* Prepare the store brief memo to well manage the quality of in window VM and follow up on maintenance on time.


* Well manage the budget, the contract and payment following the company policy and procedure.

* Define and organize special window to support the key communication activites


* Organize the Asian window seminar and arrange the attendee of china group


* Support other communication event according to the assignment from Communication Director.
