Information Security Mgmt.

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collaborate with internal and external technology audits, Operational Risk Management deep dives and testing, and the ability to advocate on behalf of subject matter experts.

Assess technology risks and businesses and products evolve to effectively identify and suggest remediation plans.

Maintain an understanding of Product teams' strategies, product roadmaps and key investment programs.

Identify technology risk affecting the business that is quantified, communicated, and managed, including recommendations for resolution, and identifying the root cause.

Establish and oversee adherence to policies and standards impacting technology and cyber risks.

Provide guidance in writing quality, measureable control procedures.

Collaborate with regional information security managers to ensure regulatory guidelines are compliant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Management Information Systems or Business Management or related field of study plus Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered.

The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Management Information Systems or Business Management or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Information Security Mgmt., Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: providing Technology Risk and Control services including assessing control effectiveness, actively working with the product teams to design by risk, enable responsible innovation, and assess residual risk; comprehensive understanding of Technology Risk and Controls, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements; closely follow the latest trends in risk management and adapt appropriately to our activities; work with data from disparate sources to build a cohesive view on risk; provide guidance to Product and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with Standards, Controls and Regulatory guidelines.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
